The SAGE garden is a unique community garden located in Bruce Starker Arts Park. CEC staff work with community volunteers and service-learning groups to farm a one-acre plot of city land. The food we grow together is donated to food banks and soup kitchens–providing fresh, healthy fruits and vegetables to families in our community who need it most.
Last year the garden supplied 6,675 pounds of organic produce to agencies all over Corvallis. We supplied 80% of fresh produce at the South Corvallis Food Bank alone.
